All sentiment scores, tickers, and analysis metrics are simulated and constitute mock/simulated data. The information presented on this site does not constitute, and should not be treated as, financial, investment, legal, or trading advice.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sentinel concerning your access to and use of our website and services. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Use of Mock Data and Simulations

Sentinel provides simulated indicators, sector momentum scores, and earnings call metrics. You acknowledge that:

  • No Real-World Transactions: The platform does not execute actual trades, purchases, or capital allocations.
  • Simulated Data: Ticker sentiment values (including Google, Apple, Meta, NVIDIA, etc.) are generated using mock calculations for illustrative and demo purposes.
  • Risk Acknowledgement: Trading carries significant risk. You assume full responsibility for any financial decisions made outside of this platform using real capital.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sentinel, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
