Security Disclosure

⚠️ IMPORTANT REGULATORY DISCLOSURESentinel is an experimental, simulated intelligence platform. All sentiment scores, tickers, and analysis metrics are simulated and constitute mock/simulated data. The security disclosures listed here protect our platform systems and subscriber data. None of the content presented on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

At Sentinel, data protection and infrastructure safety are central to our development workflow. We utilize modern cloud standards, secure API route proxies, and robust configuration standards to protect our waitlist subscribers and platform infrastructure.

1. Data Transmission & HubSpot Security

We handle waitlist submissions using server-side API proxy routing:

  • No Client-Exposed Credentials: All third-party integration keys (such as HubSpot Portal and Form IDs) are secured server-side in Next.js environment configurations and are never exposed to the client browser.
  • Encryption in Transit: All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3/HTTPS, ensuring data is encrypted during submission to HubSpot endpoints.

2. Infrastructure & Hosting

The Sentinel platform is hosted on secure, modern Vercel serverless architectures. Vercel maintains SOC2 Type II compliance, DDoS protection, and continuous system monitoring, ensuring high availability and protection against external intrusion vectors.

3. Vulnerability Reporting Policy

We welcome responsible security research. If you discover a vulnerability or security issue affecting Sentinel, please report it to us immediately:

  • Contact Email: founder@partnastudio.com
  • Response SLA: We will acknowledge your disclosure within 48 hours and coordinate a fix immediately.
  • Responsible Disclosure: We ask that you do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until we have patched the issue.
